Every withdrawal request sits pending for between one and two days while we verify it. Accounts that sit unused for 12 consecutive months are charged a €5 monthly maintenance fee taken from your balance; if the balance is less than €5, the whole amount goes.

Registration and identity verification

You'll need to register and open an account to use our services. We run electronic age verification checks during or shortly after registration, sometimes using third-party agencies, and we may ask you to verify your email address via an activation link. If you don't complete email verification when asked, your account may be suspended and any winnings voided.

We can request supporting ID or other documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, address or payment method details. One trigger we watch for is cumulative deposits of €2,000 — at that point, or any time before it, we may ask for proof of identity and address, proof of ownership for any payment method you've used, and in some cases proof of your source of funds or wealth. That's part of our anti-money laundering compliance under EU law.

If we can't verify your details, or if you're unable or unwilling to provide proof of address or other required information, we'll close the account and return any residual balance up to the value of your initial deposits. Any winnings above that amount will be voided.

Our licensing and who runs the site

Slotsi is operated by White Hat Gaming Limited, a company registered in Malta with the number C73232 and an address at 85 St John Street, Valletta, VLT1165. The welcome offer and what clearing it takes

Our welcome bonus gives you 125% up to €500 on your first deposit. To qualify, you'll need to deposit at least €20, and you can't use Skrill or Neteller — deposits from those wallets aren't eligible.

The wagering requirement is 40 times both your deposit and the bonus. That means if you deposit €100 and receive a €125 bonus, you'll need to wager (€100 + €125) × 40 = €9,000 before you can withdraw. That's higher than bonuses that only require the bonus amount to be wagered, so it's worth understanding the full cost before you claim it.

While any bonus is active, the maximum bet is €5 — place a larger bet and we have the right to confiscate your winnings. Bonus funds and any spins (if included) expire after 30 days if unused; spins expire faster, after 72 hours. The offer has no end date and remains available to new customers.

How wagering is calculated across game types

Different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. We publish a full list on our site showing which games count in full and which count less, but as a rule slots usually contribute 100% while table games and live dealer often contribute less or not at all. Check the list before you play so you know which games will actually clear the bonus.

What counts as bonus abuse

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse and irregular play. That includes "delayed winnings" — starting a free-spin or bonus feature with bonus funds, closing the game before it finishes, and returning later to complete it with cash after the bonus is gone. It also covers "state game abuse": using bonus funds to progress through most of a game's bonus stages (like collecting 9 out of 10 coins) and then finishing the final stage with a cash bet after the bonus is forfeited.

Leaving large bets on a table or pending sports bets and returning to complete them after bonus funds are lost also counts as abuse, as does depositing to claim free spins, wagering the deposit just over once, starting a withdrawal, and then using the spins without genuine play.
